Our monthly activities are fun for all ages.
The calendar will include a variety of activities and events offered on different days and at different times. Here is a
listing of activities that we have done in the past:
Park Play Dates
As soon as the weather is nice we head for the many area parks. Having lots of kids for
your children to play with makes the park all the more fun!
Story Time
We are lucky to have local book stores and libraries that offer story times on different days and for different age groups. Going with other moms makes story time more fun for
both mom and child.
Breakfast/Lunch Dates
Each month we schedule at least one breakfast or lunch at a local, kid-friendly restaurant.
Watch as the wait staff gasps and owners cheer when a large group of young children enter a restaurant.
MOMS Night Out
Each month we schedule one MOMS Night Out. Although children rarely accompany mothers
to MOMS Night Out, it is not uncommon for a mom or two to have an infant along. This is a very popular event whether we head
for a local restaurant, a member's home or some other local point of interest.
Tours, Field Trips and Speaker Days
This is a great way to provide enrichment for you and your child.
Holiday Parties
These seasonal parties are among the most highly attended events on the calendar, some
past events have been the Halloween Parade & Party, Cookie Exchange, Egg Hunt and more.
Other Activities
Some other activities include: special morning movies for moms, book club, craft days, train rides and singing with the seniors at the Sterling House.
